Does a 100% score guarantee my resume is good?
No. The checklist confirms that the standard parts are present and consistent. It cannot judge how persuasive your 志望動機 or 自己PR is, so read those aloud once before you submit.
What are the most common gaps?
Mixing 令和 and Western years, missing or wrong furigana, an age that doesn’t match the date on the form, a blank 本人希望記入欄, and no 以上 line closing the education and work history.
Should I check the printed copy as well?
Yes. Print one copy and check that it printed at full size, the photo is sharp, and no text runs outside a box.
Does the checklist apply to part-time resumes?
Yes. A part-time rirekisho has the same core sections; just give extra attention to your available days and hours.
